The scent of bread in the finest Foro Annonario in the Marche

The 2026 edition runs from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October: it is the 23rd, and in 2025 it was held at the end of September. The detailed programme — masterclasses, show cooking and individual stand times — is published by the organisers in the preceding weeks.

Now in its 23rd edition, Pane Nostrum has become Italy's reference point for the baking industry. The Foro Annonario of Senigallia — one of the most beautiful covered squares in the Marche, built in 1838 — hosts over 200 exhibitors each year: flour producers, oven equipment, ingredients, yeasts and packaging.

The public B2C area is the heart of the fair for visitors: tastings of artisan bread, pizza, focaccia and sweet leavened products from all over Italy. Masterclasses with nationally renowned bakers run for free in the demonstration spaces. The afternoon show cooking sessions are the most eagerly awaited moments.

Entry is entirely free for the public. Masterclasses require advance booking — places fill quickly. The full programme is published on the festival website in the preceding weeks.
